A question following up my last one regarding halo.?

The elites had 1 Religion but was forced to follow the covenants one of "The great journey" by the prophets. They are highly religious and very loyal. And the elites that stayed in the covenant were Loyalists, Memebers that have either been so long under that brain washing that they belive in it or they want to stay with the covenant because their afraid their home plant will be gled.
