We did an experiment with phenol red, CaCl2, NaHCO3, and i need help with something?

we did an experiment with those 3 things, but i simply cant remember what the CaCl2 and NaHCO3 looked like(one looked like salt and the the other looked like little pebbles) can some1 help me plz??!!
