What is a "praise paradox" in poetry?

It might be B. It's a paradox and ridiculous that a musician would say not to blame his instrument. He must be using "blame" to mean "praise," since songs, as an umed generality, don't offend. It's like what a humble minstrel might say after playing something that people like and then applaud him.
