Duz he like me?

my bff (hes a guy) i have totally secretly liked him since 5th grade (when we met) and i have still have never told any1. yesterday we were hanging out and talking at this plaground near my house about how he is a good singer but he cant sing in front of any1 cuz he thinks theyll judge him then i said "but u sing in front of me all the time" and he says he knows that i wont judge him and he can trust me and stuff then i said i could trust him 2 then it got kinda akward and we didnt talk 4 a few seconds then we started talking about science homework. he says he doesnt like any1 thats what i say too when he asks me who i like. btw i lost a bet with him so now i have to ask out his friend corey but im pretty sure he'll say no. i dont think that matters though does he like me? if he does what should i do? ugh plz help me! srry bout spelling i tried to fix some of my spelling but im srry if its kinda hard to read he doesnt have a girl friend and he is always asking me who i... like plus he never wants to talk about this girl (my friend) who likes him (he always avoids the subject btw were both geeks and ppl r always making fun of us (mostly me, im more geekish)but niether of us care our intrests are almst identical except i used to be sorta obsessed with harry potter and he tried to act interested in it when i know he hates harry potter (is that a sign he lkes me) i am a tom boy/skater not a prep or girly girl or something hes a skater and all the girls he used to like were tomboys if that matters
