Is using a propane heater in a car against the law?

The blower motor in my Saab is broken and a new one runs $200 minimum (Swedish cars...) I've been kicking around the idea of using a small indoor-rated propane camp heater to heat the car, cracking the window for ventilation (6 square inches recommended by the manual) Anyone know if this is against any laws or regulations?
