My head has been hurting and i been felling dizzy and my stomach hurts and my are sore?

Hi I have a couple problems that I don't understand and was hoping someone can help me? Here lately the past couple of days I have been experiencing stomach pain like as if I am going to start my period but its defiantly too early for that and my head has been hurting like only when I bend down to pick something up or tie my shoes and just today my have started hurting and it hurts to wear my bra I have also been feeling dizzy. I just don't understand what is going on, I don't have my appendix anymore so I am wondering what is going on? I am on depakote 500mg 2x a day, clonidine 0.1mg 2x a day both of those for anger and depression and I am on sprintec birth control 1 pill a day.I am nauseated too and my sense of smell is a lot stronger as well. I had twins 9 months ago ( I didn't feed with them either) and never during my pregnancy did I experience these symptoms. I went last month to my Dr. because I hadn't had a period in 4 months then that day I started bleeding and it lasted 2 days and then I started birth control that Sunday. But she said I wasn't pregnant and it looked as if it was my period but the whole 2 days I didn't even fill up a pad maybe 2 pantie liners but that's it. I'm just really concerned on what is going on
