There's nothing wrong with meeting someone as long as the basis is as friends. Beyond that it's in your best interest to let the divorce play out before having it go any further. She's clearly having some trouble dealing with her separation. At this point you're probably setting yourself up to get hurt if you go for more than friendship. There's nothing wrong with starting as friends and going from there. You'll be much less surprised later on if things blossom.
